Eating Our away Through Steamboat Springs, CO

Steamboat Springs Colorado is adorable town along the Yampa River in Northern Colorado. We started our day hiking Fish Creek Falls. Highly Recommend!!

We then decided to do a “taste of the town.”

first up was the Back Door Grill which boasts the best burger in Colorado. We split a glass of the local Storm Peak Brewing Company Hop U beer which was delicious. Our server recommended we split a Classic Burger and home made onion rings. Both were amazing!

After wandering around the town, we stopped at Skull Creek Greek for some yummy Mediterrian food. We ordered a Gyro made straight off a spit. Yum!

Next we wandered down to the Yampa River and found Sunpie’s Bistro. This bar is located right on the river across from the Howelsen Hill Ski Area. This is a wonderful place to grab a drink and take in the amazing views.

After wandering along the river and back through the town, we stopped at Salt and Lime for an El Pastor Taco. Apparently we were too late to get a Barbacoa as they were sold out by mid afternoon! We did, however, enjoy our El Pastor street taco.
