Healthy Chicken Soup Recipe

We love this healthy chicken soup recipe. I typically make this in the morning, leave it on low while we go out exploring, and it's ready to eat when we get home! Delicious!





Ingredients


2 Chicken Breasts

2 Cups Carrots Sliced

2 Cups Celery Sliced

2 Cups New Potatoes Quartered

3 Cups Uncooked Spinach

1 Cup Onion Diced

4 Cups Water

2 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Curry


Add together all of the ingredients in a crock pot or Instapot on low and leave for the day while you work or go and explore! At dinner time, shred the chicken and add back to the soup. The Curry is my secret ingredient! Trust me, it's amazing! Enjoy for days!
