Crazy Horse Memorial

The crazy horse Memorial is more than just a mountain carving. This multi generational work of art memorializes the Native American heritage.

The site is truly a complex of museums and you could easily spend a full day touring all that it has to offer.

As you enter the welcome center the theater is directly in front of you and we highly suggest the orientation film as your first stop. Afterwards there is plenty of opportunity to explore the museums, workshops, original home, carving room, cultural center, gift shop and restaurant. There is also an optional bus tour to the base of the mountain.
