Mount Rushmore

Mount Rushmore is a must see part of any trip to South Dakota. Situated just outside of Custer State Park, we highly recommend approaching this National Monument via the Iron Mountain Road. Starting in Custer State Park, the Iron Mountain Road offers many fun curves and loops through several tunnels. One such tunnel offers peek-a-boo views of Mount Rushmore. At the end of the road is the turn off directly to this iconic piece of America.
