Sitting Bull Falls

One of our favorite stops near Carlsbad Caverns National Park, this is a must see 1/2 day stop. Included in your America the Beautiful pass, you can get in for free.

We visited in February and the waterfall and pools were amazing. If you're looking to just hike to the falls, it is just a short walk. There is also an opportunity to hike to the top of the falls or throughout the basin.

There are some amazing picnic tables if you want to bring a picnic lunch.
