Spruce Lake RV Park- Estes Park, CO

Just 4 Short Minutes From Rocky Mountain National Park

You can’t beat the convenience of being four minutes from the Beavers Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Situated along the Big Thompson River, the views and walking areas are beautiful. There is a wonderful pond in the middle of the rv park, along with a playground, pool, dog park, cable tv, and internet. There are plenty of amenities to appeal to both kids and adults alike.

There are also a few cabins if you are looking to have your family or friends meet you on the road.

The only thing we did not love about the park was the “head to toe” layout of the spaces. We’re in a crew cab, full length bed, dually pulling a 43’ fifth wheel with slides on both sides, so we prefer to have a little more space when setting up. Once we were set up, we were so busy exploring the area that the close quarters were hardly a second thought. We do, however, definitely consider this park as "big rig friendly".

Our site, number 109 had a great front view of the lake.

The town of Estes Park is also worth exploring with many tourist attractions, restaurants and shops.
